Bittersweet feelings and Thank You's!

We have now been home for 9 days.  The time since we landed has gone by so fast.  It feels great to be home and we are learning how to do this American thing again.  Our prayer is that we do not forget what God has shown us in the last 7 months and that we can effectively live out his will for our lives.  We are currently figuring out job and living situations as well as college in the fall of '09/spring of '10.  Seeing many of you over the last week has been so good and we are happy to talk to all of you.  V-team would like to invite you to a gathering on Saturday, April 4, 2009 @ 6 PM at the Woodland Park Community Church.  We will be hosting a potluck dinner as well as a story/picture/question/answer/worship/prayer/etc time until 9 PM (or later).  If you would like to attend, please send us an email at worldboundmissions@gmail.com

Now that this trip has come to an end, we would like to go back and thank the ministries that have hosted us over the last 7 months:

  • Caleb & Debbie @ Hosean International Ministries-Haiti
  • Marconi & Katiana @ Challenge Ministries-Brazil
  • Philipp Lorch & Family- Germany
  • Richard & Susan @ Family Empowerment/Canaan Farm-Uganda
  • Phillip Kakungulu with YoungLife-Uganda
  • Light Gives Heat (the whole house)-Uganda
  • Emmanuel & Dee and Francis @ IREF-India
  • All the people along the way in Thailand!
  • Brent & Neeley, Neda, Ben, Ian, Glen and everyone at PACT-New Zealand
*WE LOVE AND MISS ALL OF YOU!

AND OF COURSE: All of our supporters, prayer warriors, blog followers, families, friends, everyone we met along the trip and got share wonderful times together, those who served and helped in any way (printing letters, stamping envelopes, etc.), WE THANK GOD FOR ALL OF YOU!

Thank you all and God Bless,

The V-team
